We offer FREE access to our GPS routes. We use Ride With GPS to create our routes. RWGPS provides these major benefits:

  • We can easily create routes for a ride and make them available to you.

  • You can download the RideWithGPS app for IOS or Android on your phone and use that for turn-by-turn navigation for a particular route.

  • You can download our routes to your cycling computer (ie. Garmin) for turn-by-turn navigation for a particular route.

Garmin

Garmin offers the ability to easily send routes from your Ride with GPS account to your Garmin device. There are two different ways to do this. This first process is the preferred and easiest option.

Connect Your Garmin Connect Account With Your Ride With GPS Account

  1. Log in to your www.ridewithgps.com account, preferably from a desktop PC or Mac. If using a smartphone, use the desktop version of the website.

  2. Select the dropdown arrow, top-right corner next to RWGPS logo / your profile picture.

  3. Select Settings.

  4. Select Connected Services, then select Connect with Garmin.

  5. Provide your Garmin email and password in the spaces provided.

  6. Once logged in, ensure the Courses button is toggled on to enable syncing of Pinned courses to Connect.

  7. Select Save and Agree to finish the setup.

To Pin a Route From the Ride with GPS App

  1. Find the specific route in your mobile RWGPS app.

  2. Pin the route. 

    • iPhone: Select the Save button, then select Save to Pinned.

    • Android: Select the Save button, then select Pin.

  3. Open your Garmin Connect mobile app and perform a sync with your Garmin device.

  4. The pinned route will be found in Courses > Saved Courses on the device.
