WE LEAVE ON TIME! Please arrive early...at least 15 minutes before posted time to prepare your bike and yourself. DO NOT change Route on your own without informing a ride leader. If at any time you get separated from group during ride please STOP and call/text a ride leader so we can re-group or we can know you're OK.
Helmets are required on all rides
Don't forget your water, energy drinks, snacks, money, spare tube, Sun Screen and cell phone.
