As a courtesy to the other cyclists, we will leave on time. Please arrive early...at least 15 minutes before posted time to prepare your bike and yourself. DO NOT change Route on your own without informing a ride leader. If at any time you get separated from group during ride please STOP and call/text a ride leader so we can re-group or we can know your OK.
Helmets are required on all rides
Don't forget your water, energy drinks, snacks, money, spare tube, Sun Screen and cell phone.
